It is very soft and pleasant to the touch, does not rustle and is not "slippery" like other waterproof materials. The cover is closed with a long zipper which makes it easy to use. You can put a dedicated Puuki organic cotton cover or a regular diaper on the cover. HYGIENIC cover is very easy to keep clean, just wipe it with soap and water or other disinfectant. It can also be washed in a washing machine at 60 degrees C.
