Directions for use
Apply the compresses to clean and dry nipples. Open the sachet, unroll the compress and apply the gel-soaked side to the sore nipple. Leave the compress for min. 10 minutes ( no more than an hour) The optimal time to use the compress is 30 minutes. After use, discard the compress. Use at least twice a day until symptoms subside.
